We have a warehouse space coming up in San Jose close to downtown san jose , willow Glen Santa Clara border .The space is approximatley 4500 square foot and we are looking for businesses who needs space to start up their new business or want to expand into a larger space,You will be sharing the space with two or three more businesses once the entire space is leased out. There is one bathroom in the space and the space has been recently renovated including new concrete floors and new dividing wall on part of the space , There are two large windows in the front of the space which could also be good for retail space displays , If you are interested please give me a call to set up a time to see the space , we are also looking for artists or creative businesses who are looking to show their art work at a monthly fee to public ,The space has 20 ft ceilings and plenty of light and open walls to display art and or sculptures.The space could possibly be used for events and private parties in the future if needed.
