We have a light and bright 515 sq ft semi-private upstairs space available at Hwa Rang Kwan Martial Arts Center in SoMa, just three and a half blocks south of Powell Street BART station. The #27 bus stops right next to the school, and street parking is pretty easy, particularly in the evenings. Ideal for martial arts, personal training/private lessons, pilates etc. The floor has Taekwondo mats over recycled rubber mats over wood, so it’s firm enough for stand-up arts and still soft enough for ground work.
