Hello! We are a bike courier service and have just moved into a comfy office space in Emeryville, it is a little larger than what we need, and the shape really lends itself to dividing, so we’d like to find a friendly artist or business to share it with. The room is 650 square feet total, it’s an old woodworking warehouse with yellow walls and lots of windows. The building is brick and there are a handful of other units.
