Hello! We are a bike courier service and have just moved into a comfy office space in Emeryville, it is a little larger than what we need, and the shape really lends itself to dividing, so we’d like to find a friendly artist or business to share it with. The room is 650 square feet total, it’s an old woodworking warehouse with yellow walls and lots of windows.
