We are leasing space in our 4000sf warehouse to creative types (ie artists, small start ups, techies, etc). Here is a breakdown of the space available: There is a suite on the top floor that is approximately 400sf with its own bathroom and huge windows looking out with lots of potential for graphic designers or something of the sort.
