I’m a young local painter looking for an art studio mate. I’m currently renting out a warehouse space 5 miles north of Santa Cruz on Hwy 1. It’s a truly beautiful space. It’s 1000 sq ft at $600 with a bathroom and great natural light, lots of electrical outlets, some partitioned space for privacy, ocean views and a nearby secluded beach to walk to.
