Here is the deal…I own a company that is over 30 years old…We have just moved into a location that is much bigger than our needs…I have a full second floor empty…its somewhere around 3000 sq feet give or take a couple of hundred sq ft….It is split into 3 joining rooms….It is located in the Jack London Area…..nice quiet area…with plenty of parking and a nice lot for client parking… What I am looking for is not a person to lease this space too…but a person to start a business with…..It is a huge area…and anything can be done there…from call center to a yoga studio..etc..etc…. What I bring to the table is the following…… i supply the location…the admin support…the customer service suppport…everything from the front desk reception to the answering service…and a investment if its a start up that has potential…
