Hello! this add is for some one interested in upgrading there warehouse to a live/work space for next to no cost. I have personally converted two warehouses in SF, with great results. On the two projects i added lofts, kitchens and showers. The sort of arrangement that seems to work well is to Take the cost of materials out of the cost of monthly rent, month to month as the project goes.
