We are coming to the end of our lease for a well appointed warehouse in West Oakland. Finding another print shop or some other industry that could use a darkroom/washout room to take over our spot would be ideal so as to not tear out our improvements. Insulated, high ceilings, good ventilation, 3-phase electrical, break room, finished bathrooms, two finished offices.
